Primary Care Networks (PCNs) are created through an agreement between physicians and Alberta Health Services. PCNs follow a team-based health care model. Doctors and health care professionals work collaboratively to provide integrated care for all your primary health care needs. Red Cherry provides software audits and user centered design process. Their expertise ensures that the software solutions used within PCNs are efficient, user-friendly, and tailored to the specific needs of both health care providers and patients. Primary Care Networks and family doctors are working together to ensure all Albertans have a home base for their everyday health needs. There are 39 PCNs in Alberta.
